In order to ensure customer service quality and internal management efficiency, WINDUS implemented ERP system supported by SAP to optimize the business flow in 2005. In 2008 WINDUS customized its office automation system which makes it possible to integrate its business and work flow and greatly enhanced the internal working efficiency and customer response speed.
